Pre fall perfection !

The newest fall pieces came into DIANI Boutique and I swooned over it all! Amazing!! Fact: I took this outfit post on a Friday afternoon, in August, and it was 78 degrees. That's how much I love this outfit, that I was willing to bear the heat. So I must say it is pretty fabulous if I was willing to put it on in the CA weather! I just can't wait for Fall and all the fabulous things that fall into my closet, along with the leaves outside (lol). I styled this look off of a fabulous military uniform blazer that was my grandmothers, which sadly my mom didn't keep :(, so when I saw this brand new Smythe coat I knew I had to style it as my grandmother and her chic style did with hers! For winter/fall the top thing on my "Things I Need List" is thigh high boots, I'm slightly obsessed. So of course these Sergio Rossi boots made the cut, even though my legs were hot as hell I really didn't want to take them off!! For me I think simpler the better so I added in a pair of Goldsign Jeans and this Velvet cashmere sweater so that these statement pieces would really pop! Well there you have it folks! Patent leather & pooches

Happy National Dog day! In honor of this day and the dog I love so much, she is a Labradoodle named Eloise, what better way to celebrate my eloise than my two faves! Fashion and my dog! So eloise made the cut in today's blog in honor of national dog day!! Growing up an only child really meant that my dogs are my siblings. I actually treat her like a little sister my mom constantly tells me, I mess with her, hide her tennis balls, tease her with food, I know aren't I horrible! But she's my sister and my BFF, lol. For this outfit Eloise where's a collar from George Pet Shop in Montecito CA. And I am wearing a Zara Knit, Zara Trousers, and these fabulous new black patent shoes I got thanks to Matisse Footwear!! There's nothing quite like putting on the perfect fall outfit, I love summer and dresses, but when fall rolls around the outfit just feels more put together, probably because its colder which means layering more fabulous finds. The more pieces the better! When going into DIANI Boutique on an 80 degree day, I was drooling over the new fall pieces, and of course for my love for it all, I styled a complete FW ootd. All along with the help of my trusty Diani co-worker Kristi, who took these great pics. Well for now I can admire my ootd's in pictures and can't wait for a little more of a cold spell. I mean come on faux fur and knit! How could I resist?

top can style as a great mini dress if you get a larger size or a fab top, two in one, what could be better!
